Will The HOUSE Of REPRESENTATIVES Approved Fuel Prices Going Up?

The spotlight is on Indonesia people's will in the direction of the House of Representatives. The House of Representatives in plenary meeting later attitude will determine the associated discussion RAPBN-P 2012 which would imposes up or whether subsidized fuel oil prices.
Leader of the House of Representatives call there are two crucial matter of fuel material will be discussed in plenary meeting later. The first matter related to the number of energy subsidies. There are two options that appear. The first option, energy subsidies given Rp 225 trillion FUEL subsidy with details worth Rp 137 trillion, Rp 65 billion electricity subsidies, fiscal risk and reserve energy worth Rp 23 trillion. These options allow the Government to raise fuel prices.
As for the second option, the energy subsidy of Rp 133 billion in FUEL subsidies worth Rp 178 trillion worth of electricity subsidies, Rp 65 billion fiscal reserves, and the risk of Rp 23 trillion energy. This option retains the current fuel prices.
Finance Minister Agus Martowardojo mentions only the first option which will be brought to the plenary discussion based on the results of the Agency's budget.
The second matter, The House of Representatives will take the decision whether or not to amend the article 7 Paragraph 6 of the 2012 APBN legislation that mentions retail selling price of subsidized FUEL not go up. If amended, the Government can raise the price of fuel.
Deputy Chairman of the House of Representatives of Indonesia Democratic Party Faction Struggle Pramono Anung said, the decision will be made by open voting. If all members are present, a total of 560 members of 9 faction will give voting rights.
Until now, the political party oposis, PDI-P (94 persons), Gerindra (26 people), and Hanura (17 persons) are still at its discretion refuse the increase in fuel prices. If the entire third political party that present politicians and solid, 137 votes will reject options that imposes fuel prices rise.
The PKS, who joined in a coalition, being opposite the Government. The same attitude is decided Golkar in the last moment. The decision was taken after the Democratic Party Faction Chairman Jafar Hafsah (non-active) that are cornering the Golkar Chairman Aburizal Bakrie aka Ical.
If all members of the PKS (57 people) and Golkar (106) present in the plenary as well as take the same attitude with the statement of the party, the people's representatives who will resist the price hike up to 300 people.

My Comment :
in my opinion, a conflict rising fuel prices or whether it is too strongly expressed. We live in a democratic State, should the Government not limited to highly disputed. what the community is no greatest ethical treatise. may participate, but shouldn't do negative things or anarchist.
